Cancellation and Late Policy
We require 48 hour notice of cancellation for scheduled appointments. If done so after the 48 hour window there is a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Arriving 10 minutes late is considered a no call no show, anything before the 10 minutes will result in a late fee. No call No shows will be charged 100% of the service. Please make sure to check with your provider, everyone at Meadows Chic is an independent contractor handling their own scheduling, any communications sent to the salon might not reach your provider in time so it is important that you reach out to them directly to avoid any mishaps with this policy.
For added transparency, by booking an appointment online through our booking site you automatically agree to this policy. If for some reason a card cannot be put on file, we do also accept deposits that are non-refundable after the 48 hours. Thank you for understanding!
